At CHARM'X, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for eligible items.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.

Custom, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective upon arrival.

Any items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by CHARM'X will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Shipping

A $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to all approved returns within the U.S.

The fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is properly packaged and shipped using the return label provided by CHARM'X.
3. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee, which covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. How to Start a Return

Email support (support@charmxjewelry.com) within 15 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and provide a prepaid return label if eligible.
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and refund details.
6. Exchanges
CHARM'X does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund (subject to the policies above) and place a new order.
