Thank you for shopping with CHARM'X! We want your jewelry to arrive safely and on time, so we do our best to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably.


1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Starts at $15 for typically sized orders.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on U.S. orders of $150 or more (before tax and after discounts).

  • International Shipping: Usually starts at $75 for typically sized orders.

  • Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier options.

  • Promotional offers or limited-time free shipping events may override standard rates, as noted on our website or banners.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including all 50 states and U.S. territories) and select international destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s progress.

If you don’t receive your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

While we work with trusted carriers, CHARM'X is not responsible for shipping delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If you encounter an issue, our support team will help you work with the carrier to resolve it.
